Recognizing that successful grant acquisition is a systematic and strategic process, we provide consultancy on developing a grant strategy that aligns with our clients' long-term objectives. This includes advising on project planning, funding timelines, and the diversification of funding sources to ensure sustainability.
We offer detailed research services to identify grant opportunities that align perfectly with clients’ projects and priorities. Our approach involves a thorough analysis of potential funding sources, including SBIR/STTR programs, to ensure a targeted and strategic application process.
Our core service involves crafting compelling and persuasive grant proposals. Each proposal is tailored to meet the specific criteria and expectations of the funding body, incorporating clear narratives, robust project descriptions, achievable objectives, and detailed budgets. Our expertise lies in presenting our clients' projects in a manner that maximizes their appeal to grant reviewers.
For clients who prefer to draft their own proposals, we offer meticulous review and editing services. This includes a comprehensive evaluation of the proposal's structure, content, clarity, and alignment with grant requirements, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for enhancement.
To empower our clients and their teams, we conduct workshops and training sessions on grant writing, proposal development, and funding strategies. These sessions are customized to the skill levels and needs of the participants, aiming to enhance their internal capabilities in grant acquisition.
After successfully securing funding, we advise on post-award compliance with federal regulations (e.g., 2 CFR Part 200, FAR, A-21, A-110, A-133, CAS) and manage subcontracting and subrecipient agreements and reporting.
